PRIVATE ADVERTISEMENTS.

In the matter of the Patea Co-operative Poultry Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the said company, Patea, on the 2nd day of September, 1903, the following extraordinary resolution was passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that this company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

And at the same meeting Mr. JOHN KING MITCHELL, of Patea, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

NOTICE.

THE Partnership lately existing between FRANK OLIVER HOWARD MOUTON and OSWALD COATES, of Wanganui, trading under the style of “Mouton and Coates,” at Taupo Quay, Wanganui, as General Carriers and Wood, Coal, and Grain Merchants, &c., has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 9th day of May, 1903, Mr. Mouton retiring from the firm.

The business will be conducted under the old style of “Mouton and Coates,” by OSWALD COATES, who accepts all liabilities of, and is entitled to collect all moneys owing to, the old firm above referred to.
