Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

COMPLETE specifications relating to the undermentioned applications for Letters Patent have been accepted, and are open to public inspection at this office.
Any person may, at any time within two months from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing of opposition to the grant of any such patent. Such notice must set forth the particular grounds of objection, and be in duplicate. A fee of 10s. is payable thereon.
No. 15487.—3rd October, 1902.—ROBERT SHERIFF BLACK, Dunedin, New Zealand, Rabbit-exporter. Improvements in animal-traps.*
Claims.—(1.) The general construction, arrangement, and combination of parts composing my improvements in animal-traps, all substantially as and for the purposes described with reference to the drawings. (2.) A rigid plate surrounding the tray of an animal trap such as described and filling the space between the tray and the jaws of a trap when set, said tray being adapted at one end to take under said rigid plate, substantially as and for the purposes set forth. (3.) A tray provided with an aperture for the insertion of a wire to hold same from springing whilst the trap is being covered with earth, substantially as described.

No. 15653.—19th November, 1902.—EDWIN ROBERT JENNINGS and The “PRYOJIM” SYNDICATE, LIMITED, of 3, Broad Street Buildings, London, England (assignees of John May Jameson, lately residing at Lorraine Villa, Wigston Fields, Leicester, England, Civil Engineer). Improvements in treating floor-dust, house and other refuse for making or converting it into fuel.
Claim.—The described process of treating or converting the consumable matter from floor dust and house refuse into fuel by grinding it along with charcoal and mixing therewith oil or oil refuse so that the whole mass assumes the consistency of paste in a condition for pressing, moulding, and drying.
