Notice revoking Warrant declaring Measles an Infectious Disease.
RANFURLY, Governor.
IN pursuance of section thirteen of “The Public Health Act, 1900,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Warrant, dated the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and one, declaring measles an infectious disease.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and three.

Removal of Restrictions on Alienation of Native Land.
RANFURLY, Governor.
WHEREAS application has been made to the Governor by the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, praying that the restrictions on the alienation of such land, as set forth in the Crown grant thereof bearing date the twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, and now contained in partition order of the Native Land Court bearing date the twenty-seventh day of November, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine, may be removed: And whereas inquiry has been duly made by the Native Land Court, and the said Court has recommended that such restrictions be removed:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the fifty-second section of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and in accordance with the recommendation of the Native Land Court, doth hereby order and declare that all restrictions imposed by the said Crown grant and partition order on the alienation of the said land are hereby removed.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land, containing 1 rood 7·2 perches, more or less, situate in the Provincial District of Wellington, known as Hutt, Section 3, Subdivision 11A, held under partition order of the Native Land Court, dated the 27th day of November, 1899, in favour of Pirihiра Epiha and Tautari Renata, and containing the following restrictions: “Inalienable by sale, or by lease for a longer period than twenty-one years, or by mortgage, except with the consent of the Governor.”
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fourth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and three.

Notifying Lands in Otago for Sale by Public Auction.
RANFURLY, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and three, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule.

Land temporarily reserved in the Taranaki Land District.
RANFURLY, Governor.
WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being part of Section No. 21. Block VI., Kapara Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 21. 211·2 links; thence towards the east by a public road, 204·2 links; thence towards the south-east by a public road, 90 links; and thence towards the south-west by a public road, 175·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 49812, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a site for a public library.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.
