680 APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 39 OF “THE NATIVE LAND COURT ACT, 1894.”
WHEREAS an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” has been made to the Court by John Richmond Hale, applying that a succession order made in respect of the interest of Paratene Pahou Korehe, deceased, in the above-named land shall be annulled, and a further inquiry held into the matter to ascertain who are the lawful successors to the said Paratene Pahou Korehe: And whereas the said matter has been referred by the Chief Judge to the Court for inquiry and report:
Notice is hereby given that at the sitting of the Court herein notified the Court will inquire into the said matter and report thereon.
