MINING NOTICES.

In the matter of the New Greenstone Gold-dredging Company (Limited), (in liquidation).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, held at Dunedin on Monday, the 27th day of July, 1903, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

And at the same meeting it was resolved that DAVID LARNACH, of Dunedin, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
