In the matter of the Meg and Annie Gold-dredging Company (Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, at Lawrence, on Wednesday, the 22nd day of July, 1903, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Richard Pilling, jun., of Lawrence, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and its amendments; and in the matter of the Victoria-Waimumu Gold-dredging Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of the above company, held at the registered office of the company, Mersey Street, Gore, on Tuesday, the 8th day of July, 1902, at 8 p.m., the following resolution was passed, and at a subsequent meeting held at the same place on Friday, the 25th day of July, 1902, was confirmed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company’s claim is not remunerative, and that the company go into voluntary liquidation.”
Mr. J. A. YULE was appointed Liquidator.

In the matter of the Waimumu Central Dredging Company (Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, Short Street, Mataura, on the 30th day of June, 1903, the following special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the Waimumu Company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 16th day of July, 1903, the following resolution was duly confirmed:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at such last-mentioned meeting WILLIAM WEATHERBURN, of Mataura, Farmer, and JOHN CHARLES MACGREGOR, of Mataura, Accountant, were appointed Liquidators for the purposes of the winding-up.
Dated at Mataura, this 21st day of July, 1903.

In the matter of the Muddy Creek Sluicing Company (Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, 27, Rattray Street, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 22nd day of July, 1903, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
“That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the same meeting WILLIAM REID, of 27, Rattray Street, Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

TAKE notice that, pursuant to section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the registered office of the company, No. 1, Bond Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 5th day of October, 1903, at 5 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having the account of the liquidation laid before them and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts, &c., of the company shall be disposed of.
