I, WILLIAM LAURENCE SIMPSON, Manager of the Trustees, Executors, and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited), do hereby solemnly and sincerely declare,--

  1. That the liability of the company is limited.
  2. That the capital of the company is £50,000, divided into 10,000 shares of £5 each.
  3. That the number of shares issued is 10,000.
  4. That calls to the amount of £1 per share have been made, from which the sum of £10,000 has been received.
  5. That the amount of money received as executor of estates under administration for the six months to the 31st March, 1903, was £6,463 5s. 4d.
  6. That the amount of money paid as executor of estates under administration for the six months to the 31st March, 1903, was £6,965 5s. 4d.
  7. That the amount of money held as executor of estates under administration was, at the 31st March, 1903, nil.
  8. That the amount remaining in the company’s hands at the 31st March, 1903, to the credit of estates for which the company is trustee, which sum is represented by either cash or securities, or both, was £319,662 0s. 2d.

We hereby certify that all our requirements as auditors of the Trustees, Executors, and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited) have been complied with, and we now report having examined the books, vouchers, and accounts of the company for the year ending 31st March, 1903, and that the above balance-sheet is properly drawn up so as to exhibit a true and correct view of the state of the company’s affairs as shown by the books of the company.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned JACOB STAUB and FREDERICK BRADLEY, carrying on business as Tailors at Wellington, under the style or firm of “Staub and Bradley,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Frederick Bradley, who will continue the said business under the present style or firm of “Staub and Bradley.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned EDWARD JOHN DICKIN and ERNEST WHITE, as Chemists, at Napier, under the firm of “Welsman and White,” was, on this 26th day of May, 1903, dissolved by mutual consent; and that in future the business will be carried on by ERNEST WHITE alone, under the name of “Ernest White,” and that all debts due and owing to or by the late firm will be respectively received and paid by the said Ernest White.
