In the matter of the Pride of Marlborough Gold-dredging
Company (Limited).

At an extraordinary general meeting of the abovenamed
company, duly convened, and held at Timaru on the
4th day of December, 1902, the following special resolution
was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general
meeting of the members of the said company, also duly con-
vened, and held at the same place on the 20th day of De-
cember, 1902, the following resolution was duly confirmed,
viz.: “That the company be wound up voluntarily.” And
at such last-mentioned meeting F. A. RAYMOND, of Timaru,
was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-
up.

In the matter of the Prince Imperial Gold-dredging Com-
pany (Limited).

At an extraordinary general meeting of the abovenamed
company, duly convened, and held at the registered
office of the company, No. 1, Lower High Street, Dunedin,
on Tuesday, the 9th day of December, 1902, the following
special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent
extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said
company, duly convened, and held at the same place on
Tuesday, the 6th day of January, 1903, the following resolu-
tion was duly confirmed: namely, “That the company be
wound up voluntarily.” And at such last-mentioned meet-
ing FRANK TYSON, of Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed
Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.

THE PRINCE IMPERIAL GOLD-DREDGING COM-
PANY (LIMITED).

Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above-
named company are required, on or before the 30th
day of March, 1903, to send their names and addresses, and
the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and
addresses of their solicitors, if any, to Frank Tyson, of No. 1,
Lower High Street, Dunedin, the Liquidator of the said
company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the
said Liquidator, are by their solicitors to come in and prove
their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be
specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be
excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before
such debts are proved.

THE WAIORA GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY
(LIMITED).

At an extraordinary general meeting of the abovenamed
company, duly convened, and held at the Dunedin
Stock Exchange Rooms, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Mon-
day, the 15th day of December, the following extraordinary
resolutions were passed:—
“(1.) That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the
shareholders that this company cannot, by reason of its
liabilities, continue its business, and accordingly that it is
advisable to wind up the company voluntarily.
“(2.) That Mr. George Blyth, of Dunedin, Accountant,
be and hereby is appointed Liquidator for the purposes of
winding up the affairs of the company.”
