MINING NOTICES.

THE WAIWHERO SLUICING AND DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of this company held at the office of the company, 140, Hereford Street, Christchurch, on Wednesday, 13th May, 1903, the following extraordinary resolution was carried, viz. :—

“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Waiwhero Sluicing and Dredging Company (Limited) cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is desirable to wind up the same; and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and a Liquidator appointed for that purpose.”

At the same meeting Mr. H. A. Bruce, of 140, Hereford Street, Christchurch, was appointed Liquidator.

THE PARA PARA FLAT GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, Hunter Street, Wellington, on Thursday, the 14th day of May, 1903, the subjoined extraordinary resolution was carried unanimously: “ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, that it is advisable to wind up the company, and that the company be wound up accordingly.” It was further resolved that Mr. J. B. FINLAY be appointed Liquidator.

In the matter of the Gibbston Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, held at Dunedin on Friday, the 3rd day of April, 1903, the following extraordinary general resolution was passed:—

“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly.”

And at the same meeting it was resolved that CHARLES STEPHEN REEVES, of Dunedin, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
