Proclaiming the Taking of Land for a Road in the Town
of Pahi, Block III., Hukatere Survey District, Otamatea
County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred
by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and
its amendments, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the
consent of the Auckland School Commissioners, and with
the consent of the Otamatea County Council, being the
local authority in whose district the land hereinafter men-
tioned is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a
road the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Approximate Area of Land taken. Being Portion of Section No. Block No. Survey District of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 0 0 20·5 160 III. Hukatere .. 12645 Red.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked as above men-
tioned, deposited in the District Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Auckland, in the Auckland Land
District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly;
Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George;
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
ington, this thirteenth day of May, in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent
of the owner, and with the consent of the Woodville County
Council, being the local authority in whose district the land
hereinafter mentioned is situated, do by this notice hereby
proclaim as a road the land mentioned in the Schedule
hereto.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked as above men-
tioned, deposited in the District Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Napier, in the Hawke’s Bay Land
District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
