A PROCLAMATION,
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection three of section twelve of “The Public Works Acts Amendment Act, 1900,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the streets in the Township of Kokatahi, Kaniere Survey District, hereinafter described.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eighteenth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Tokatoka Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say,—

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners and mortgagee of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Hobson County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for roads the lands in the Hobson County, Tokatoka Survey District, hereinafter described, that is to say,—
