A PROCLAMATION,

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection three of section twelve of “The Public Works Acts Amendment Act, 1900,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the streets in the Township of Kokatahi, Kaniere Survey District, hereinafter described.

SCHEDULE.

In the Westland Land District; as the same are delineated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eighteenth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Tokatoka Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say,—

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above noted, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners and mortgagee of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Hobson County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for roads the lands in the Hobson County, Tokatoka Survey District, hereinafter described, that is to say,—

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above noted, deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
