THE GREY DUCK DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the members of the abovenamed company will be held at the office of the Liquidator, 148, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Thursday, the 4th day of June, 1903, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

PERRETT’S JUNCTION LEAD GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and its amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, Queen’s Rooms, Crawford Street, Dunedin, on the 12th day of December, 1902, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same; and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the same meeting WILLIAM EDWIN CHARLES REID, of Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

THE NEW LEANING ROCK GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the New Leaning Rock Gold-dredging Company (Limited), held in the registered office of the company, Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 16th of March, 1903, at 5 p.m., the special resolution passed on 27th of February—“That the New Leaning Rock Gold-dredging Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily”—was confirmed. Mr. R. A. Mathewson (Secretary), Messrs. Jonathan Rhodes, Peter Aitken, W. G. Somerville, and A. E. Harraway (Directors) were appointed Liquidators, at a fee of £10 10s.
