At an extraordinary general meeting of the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held at 27, Rattray Street, Dunedin, on the 22nd day of December, 1902, the following extraordinary resolutions were duly passed:—
- That, it having been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, it be wound up voluntarily.
- That Mr. William Reid be appointed Liquidator, at a remuneration of twenty pounds (£20).
