Lands taken for a Road in Block VI., Mount Cerberus Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners and of the mortgagee of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Akitio County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the lands in Mount Cerberus Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say,—

Approximate Area of Land taken. Being Part of Section Situated in Block Situated in Survey District Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 0 0 22·9 23 VI. Mount Cerberus R. 1030 Red.
0 0 2·4 23 " Ditto " "

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

A. R. P. 33 0 16 Otago University endowment I. Mararoa .. R. 4678 Green.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above noted, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
