Pursuant to the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand passed in the forty-fourth year of the reign of Her late Majesty Queen Victoria, and intituled “The Marriage Act, 1880,” the following names of Officiating Ministers within the meaning of the said Act are published for general information:—
Church of the Province of New Zealand, commonly called the Church of England.
The Reverend Arthur William Henry Compton, M.A.
The Reverend Vincent Howard Kitcat.

CROWN LANDS NOTICES.

It is hereby notified that, a surrender of the lease of the undermentioned Crown land having been accepted by the Canterbury Land Board, the said land has reverted to the Crown under the provisions of “The Land Act, 1892.”
