NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Whangaroa on Tuesday, the 10th day of March, 1903, at 4 o’clock p.m., to hear and determine the matter mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which an application has been received by the Registrar, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the 29th day of November, 1902, and issued under the provisions of section 14 of “The Native and Maori Land Laws Amendment Act, 1902,” jurisdiction is conferred on the Native Land Court to inquire into and determine all questions in dispute as to the boundaries of the Huatau Block—otherwise known as Odeland’s Land Claims—in the Hokianga County, and to adjudicate upon as Native land any land now in possession of or claimed by the Crown which the Court shall find ought not to have been included in the Crown grant to James Scott Odeland of the said land:

Now, notice is hereby given that the said matter will be inquired into and determined at a sitting of the Native Land Court to be held at Rawene, Hokianga, on the 4th day of March, 1903. All persons interested are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.
