Proclaiming Road as closed through Land in Avon Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Avon Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say,—

Approximate Area of the Portion of Road closed. Being a Road bounding Section Situated in Block No. Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 4 1 30 140 VI. Avon .. R. 4369 Green

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this second day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Wairau Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in the Wairau Road District hereinafter described, that is to say, —

Approximate Area of Land taken. Being Part of Section No. Situated in Block No. Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 3 1 6 141, 142, 144, and 184 VI. Avon .. R. 4369 Red.

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above noted, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one-hundred-and-seventy-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and seventy-two to one hundred and eighty-six of Part V. of “The Land Act, 1892,” relating to small grazing-runs.
