A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner and of the mortgagee of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Stratford County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Approximate Area of the Parcel of Land taken. Being Portion of Section No. Situated in Block No. Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 1 0 16 5 XIV. Pouatu R.2201 Red.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above noted, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.

Proclaiming Road as closed through Land in Pouatu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Pouatu Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say,—

A. R. P. 13 3 35 5 XIV. Pouatu R. 2201 Green

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above noted, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
