In the matter of the Morven Ferry Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held at Dunedin on Thursday, the 13th day of November, 1902, the following extraordinary general resolution was passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly.”
And, at the same meeting, LAW福德 GODFREY REEVES, of Dunedin, Broker, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
