I, JOHN HUNTER HENDERSON, Bachelor of Arts, New Zealand, Bachelor of Medicine, Edinburgh, Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, England, now residing in Dunedin, do hereby give notice that I intend to apply on the 1st December, 1902, to have my name placed in the Medical Register for the Colony of New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification at the office of the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages at Dunedin.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore carried on by us, the undersigned JAMES RICHARD Ross and JOHN EDGAR WILSON, at Port Ahuriri, Napier, in the trade or business of Stationers, Tobacconists, Hairdressers, and Fancy Goods Dealers, under the style or firm of “J. E. Wilson and Co.,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent; and that the business will in future be carried on in his own name by the said John Edgar Wilson, who will receive and pay all debts owing to and payable by the late partnership.

As witness our hands, this 3rd day of November, 1902.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.

Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before three o’clock of the day preceding publication.

Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should be made payable. Cheques should be crossed “Public a/c,” and exchange added.

Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.

Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to prevent delay in publication a sufficient remittance should accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be returned with receipted account.
