Endowment Reserves for Education sanctioned by Parliament.

THE following resolutions, passed by the Legislative Council and by the House of Representatives, are published in accordance with section 238 of “The Land Act, 1892.”

EXTRACT from the JOURNALS of the LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL, Wednesday, the 14th Day of August, 1901.

Resolved, That this Council approves of the lands proposed to be reserved as endowments for primary education, as specified in Paper No. 65 of 1901, being permanently set aside as endowments for primary education.—On motion of the Hon. Mr. T. Kelly.
