THE following special resolution was passed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on the 6th September, 1902, and confirmed at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting held on 4th October, 1902.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION.

Proposed by Mr. D. J. McEwen, That this company be voluntarily wound up. Seconded by Mr. R. G. Speight and carried.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the members of the abovenamed company will be held at the office of Milne, Findlay, and Neill, 10, Water Street, Dunedin, on Thursday, the 8th day of January, 1903, at 8 o’clock in the evening, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidators thereof, shall be disposed of.
