IT is hereby notified that the undermentioned applications, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” have been dismissed:—
- Application of Epiha Taha for inclusion in Waihi No. 3 Block.
- Application of Epiha Taha for inclusion in Mangamutu No. 2.

All objections to the granting of such certificate must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.
