IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND,
GISBORNE DISTRICT.

Waimata East No. 2.

In the matter of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and the amendments thereof; and in the matter of the Waimata East No. 2 Block, and of an order for incorporation.

At a sitting of the Court held at Gisborne on the 14th day of October, 1902, before James Meacham Batham, Esquire, Judge, and Wi Neera te Kanae, Assessor.

WHEREAS the names of the Natives set out in the Schedule have been lodged in the Court by the chairman of a meeting of the proprietors of the Waimata East No. 2 Block, as the committee duly elected by the said body corporate:

It is hereby ordered and declared that the persons named in the said Schedule are duly appointed a committee in accordance with the said Act.
