IT is hereby notified that the application of Hori Wharerarauhe, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” for the inclusion of his name as one of the successors to the interest of Eraihia Makomako, deceased, in Allotment No. 2, Parish of Opuatia, has been dismissed.
