IN exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the one-hundred-and-eighty-ninth
section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark,
Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, do hereby appoint

HUGH HERRIES KIRKPATRICK, and
JOHN DUNCAN

Commissioners to classify and report to me on the rural
lands in the Otago Land District known as Runs Nos. 217,
217A, 203c, 203L, 221A, 221B, 221c, 221, 221E, 238H, 248, 213B,
213c, 248A, 226, 212E, 212F, and Sections Nos. 11 and 12,
Block II., Upper Taieri Survey District; 12 and 13,
Block VI., Upper Taieri Survey District; 28, Block VII.,
Table Hill Survey District; and 10, 12, and 13, Block I.,
Dunback Survey District, as provided by the one-hundred-
and-eighty-ninth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” afore-
said.

conferred upon me by “The Industrial Conciliation
and Arbitration Act, 1900,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of
Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby appoint

to be Chairman of the Board of Conciliation in and for the
Northern Industrial District.
