In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882 ; and in the matter of the Wareatea Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company held at the registered office of the company, Zealandia Chambers, Dowling Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 20th January, 1902, at 8 o’clock p.m., the following extraordinary resolution was passed :—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.”

A further resolution was passed at the above meeting, appointing CHARLES HADFIELD STATHAM, of Dunedin, Public Accountant, Liquidator of the said company for the purposes of such winding-up.
