Proclaiming Road as closed through Land in Block X,
Opaku Survey District, Patea County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed
the road hereinafter described, that is to say,—

said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
ington, this twenty-third day of September, in
the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its
amendments, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent
of the lessees of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with
the consent of the Patea East Road Board, being the local
authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do
by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the lands mentioned
in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the one-hundred-and-seventy-second
section of “The Land Act. 1892,” and of every other power
and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Uchter John
Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, do hereby declare that the land mentioned in the
Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections
one hundred and seventy-two to one hundred and eighty-six
of Part V. of “The Land Act, 1892,” relating to small
grazing-runs.
