IN re H. T. BROWN, Mr. Cooper, on behalf of the debtor, applied for a reinstatement of an application for discharge struck out in June, 1901, owing to the non-appearance of debtor’s counsel, due to a misapprehension of the date of adjournment of the application, debtor himself being in South Africa at the time.
The application was refused, but His Honour said that if an affidavit by the creditors in the estate was filed, agreeing to the matter coming before the Court at the present sittings, he would take it.
Orders of release were granted the Deputy Official Assignee in the following cases: W. Dixon, C. J. Wickham, Strong and Lambert, A. H. Macharper, Jas. Pope, Thos. Cootes, E. Gingell, J. Colville, and Harris.
In re E. J. Hoaren, motion for discharge, Mr. Hankins, on behalf of the Deputy Official Assignee, did not oppose, and the application was granted.
In Bankruptcy.—In the Supreme Court, held at Wellington.

That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and its amendments.
