Land in Taranaki for Sale under Section 117 of “The Land Act, 1892.”

IT is hereby notified, in pursuance of section 240 of “The Land Act, 1892,” that the undermentioned Crown lands will be offered to the holder of the adjoining land, under section 117 of the said Act, on and after Friday, the 3rd day of October, 1902.

In the matter of Otakawe No. 2, Puhangateuru No. 4, and Te Awai ti No. 1D Blocks, and of an appeal by Hone Ngatara against the decision of the Native Land Court, given on the 15th day of August, 1901, appointing successors to the interest of Hone Taukiri, deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with leave of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
