Proclaiming Roads as closed through Lands in Blocks VI. and X., Mimi Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the roads in Mimi Survey District mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
Approximate Areas Being of the Portion of Block Roads Subdivision No. Survey District. Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan A. R. P. 2 3 36·6 45, 44, 55, X. Mimi . . 1843 Green. and 62 7 1 05 54 (N.R.) . . . . . . 1 1 07·8 36 . . . . . . 9 0 17 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, VI. and . . . . . and 11 X. . . .
All in the Land District of Taranaki; as the same are delineated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Lands and Survey Department, at New Plymouth, in the Taranaki Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this tenth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.

Proclaiming the Taking of Land for a Road through Block VII., Wangamoa Survey District, Waimea County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Waimea County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
The parcel of land mentioned hereunder :- Approximate Area of Being Situated Shown Part of in the Survey on Plan Section No. Block No. District of marked Coloured on Plan A. R. P. 3 1 12 1 VII. Wangamoa R. 4020 Red.
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above noted, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House. at Wellington. this tenth day of September. in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners and of the mortgagee of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Clifton County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Approximate Between Situated Shown on Area of Road Secti ns Block No. in the Plan Coloured on closed. Nos. Survey District of marked Plan A. R. P. 2 2 23 1 and 9 VII. Wangamoa R. 4020 Green.
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon marked and coloured as above mentioned.
