Land taken for a Road in Block II., Hunua Parish,
Opaheke Survey District.

RANFURLY, Governor.
A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners of the land
hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Hunua
Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the
said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as
taken for a road the lands in the Opaheke Survey District
hereinafter described, that is to say,—

Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George;
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at
Wellington, this twenty-first day of August, in
the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and two.

John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner and mort-
gagee of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the
consent of the Akitio County Council, being the local
authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by
this notice hereby proclaim as a road the land mentioned in
the Schedule hereto.
