Applications under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” dismissed.

IT is hereby notified that the undermentioned applications under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” have been dismissed:—

  1. Application of Mahuta Tawhiao and another for inclusion in Rangitoto Tuhua No. 35 (Otuaoroa) Block.
  2. Application of Paratene Kapa and Mutu Kapa for inclusion of certain names in Parengarenga No. 5 Block.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Kihikihi, Waikato, on the 29th day of August, 1902, to hear and determine the several appeals against the decisions of the Native Land Court set forth in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.
