THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

MINING NOTICES.
In the matter of the Eclipse Gold-dredging Company (Limited).
A T an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, Ross Place, Lawrence, on the 21st day of July, 1902, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the same meeting ALEXANDER McLEAN, of Lawrence, Clerk, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

THE WAIPORI KING GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and its amendments.
N OTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held at Dunedin on the twelfth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and two, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the same meeting THOMAS SHERLOCK GRAHAM, of Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

THE ONETEA CHROME-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
N OTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Onetea Chrome-mining Company (Limited), duly convened, and held at the company’s office, Hardy Street, Nelson, on the 15th day of April, 1902, the following special resolution was duly passed, viz.,—
“That the company be voluntarily wound up”; and that at the same meeting JOHN SHARP, the younger, was appointed Liquidator of the company.

N OTICE is hereby given that the office of the Taitapu Gold Estates (Limited), where legal proceedings of any kind may be served upon it, and to which notices of any kind may be addressed or given, has been changed from Parkeston West, Wanganui Inlet, in the County of Collingwood, in New Zealand, to the Cottage on the Main Road on the Paturau River, in the said county.
