In the matter of "The Companies Act, 1882," and its amendments; and in the matter of the Roxburgh Jubilee Dredging Company (Limited).
An extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held in the hall of the Dunedin Stock Exchange, Colonial Bank Buildings, Dunedin, on the 23rd day of December, 1901, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily."
And at the same meeting John Davie, of Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the Lindis River Dredging Company (Limited) held on the 20th day of December, 1901, the following extraordinary resolution was submitted to the meeting and carried:—
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and accordingly that it be wound up voluntarily."
And the undersigned was appointed Liquidator.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Meeting of Shareholders of the company will be held in the Dunedin Stock Exchange Rooms, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 18th day of March, 1902, at 8 o'clock p.m., when the following resolutions will be submitted:—
(a.) "That the accounts of the Liquidator submitted to this meeting, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, be received and adopted."
(b.) "That the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the liquidation thereof, be retained by the Liquidator for a period of three months, and after that period that they be destroyed."
