NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to and in
exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon
me by section 20 of “The Industrial Conciliation and Arbi-
tration Amendment Act, 1901,” the registration of the
New Plymouth Plumbers and Gasfitters’ Industrial Union
of Workers, registered No. 228, situated at New Plymouth,
will be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the
date hereof unless within such period it is shown that such
union has not ceased to exist.

Amalgamated Restaurant and Oyster-saloon Keepers’ Indus-
trial Union of Employers, registered No. 235, situated at
Wellington, the registration of that industrial union will
be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date
hereof unless within the six weeks specified proceedings be
commenced by a member or other person interested in or
having some claim on the funds of the industrial union to
set aside such cancellation, and the same is set aside accord-
ingly.
