THE BRITANNIA GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
A T an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above company, duly convened, and held at the Dunedin Stock Exchange Buildings, Princes Street, Dunedin, on the 18th day of April, 1902, the subjoined extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
Resolution.—“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the said meeting it was resolved that JOHN ARMOUR HOPCRAFT, of Dunedin, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the said company.

THE WESTLAND GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
A T an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held at the Dunedin Stock Exchange Buildings, Princes Street, Dunedin, on the 2nd day of May, 1902, the subjoined extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
RESOLUTION.
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the said meeting it was resolved that GEORGE AIRSTON ESTHER, of Dunedin, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the said company.

T HE Creditors of the abovenamed company are required, on or before Saturday, the 7th day of June, 1902, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to JOHN ARMOUR HOPCRAFT, of Dunedin, the Liquidator of the said company, and, if so required by notice in writing by the said Liquidator, are, by their solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
