Council of the Borough of Petone, and the Council of the Borough of Lower Hutt, in the following proportions—viz., the Council of the City of Wellington to contribute seven twenty-fourths, the Council of the Borough of Onslow to contribute five twenty-fourths, the Council of the Borough of Petone to contribute seven twenty-fourths, and the Council of the Borough of Lower Hutt to contribute five twenty-fourths of the whole cost of constructing and maintaining such road.
SCHEDULE.
THAT portion of the road within the Borough of Onslow known as the Hutt Road extending from a point at the borough boundary near the Esplanade Hotel to the boundary-post near Ngahauranga, a distance of 143·68 chains.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and two.
