NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon me by section 20 of “The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1901,” the registration of the Southland Trades and Labour Industrial Union of Workmen, registered No. 4, situated at Invercargill, will be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date hereof unless within such period it is shown that such union has not ceased to exist.
