“ The Public Trust Office Consolidation Act, 1894.”

NOTICE is hereby given that, no person having taken
out administration, the Public Trustee has filed in
the Office of the Supreme Court at Wellington an election
to administer the intestate estate of the person deceased
whose name, residence, and occupation, so far as known, are
hereunder respectively set forth, her gross property being
estimated not to exceed £250.

Margaret Tannahill, late of Seacliff Asylum, in the Pro-
vincial District of Otago, spinster. Filed on the 5th day of
March, 1902.

Act, 1901.”—Notice of Cancellation of Registry.

hereby cancelled as from the date of the publication hereof
in the New Zealand Gazette.

Act, 1901.”—Notice of Cancellation of Registry.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to and in
exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon
me by section 20 of “ The Industrial Conciliation and Arbi-
tration Amendment Act, 1901,” the registration of the
Wellington Curriers’ Industrial Union of Workers, registered
No. 269, situated at Wellington, will be cancelled at the
expiration of six weeks from the date hereof unless within
such period it is shown that such union has not ceased to
exist.

tion in that behalf made to me by “ The Petone Shop-
assistants’ Industrial Union of Workers,” registered No. 257,
situated at Petone, the registration of that industrial union
will be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date
hereof unless within the six weeks specified proceedings be
commenced by a member or other person interested in or
having some claim on the funds of the industrial union to
set aside such cancellation, and the same is set aside accord-
ingly.

that industrial union will be cancelled at the expiration of
six weeks from the date hereof unless within the six weeks
specified proceedings be commenced by a member or other
person interested in or having some claim on the funds of
the industrial union to set aside such cancellation, and the
same is set aside accordingly.

claim on the funds of the industrial union to set aside such

Societies has, pursuant to section 20 of “ The Trade
Union Act, 1878,” by writing under his hand dated this
10th day of March, 1902, cancelled the registry of the
Dunedin Operative Bootmakers’ Union, at the request of
the union.
