Proclaiming the Taking of Land for Road-deviation through Block XIII., Maungaharuru Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners, and of the lessee, and of the mortgagee of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Hawke’s Bay County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one.

Setting apart Land in Hawkins Survey District for a Water-race, and vesting the Same in the Selwyn County Council.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-sixth section of “The Reserves and other Lands Sale, Disposal, and Enabling and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1901,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a water-race, and that the said land is hereby vested in the Corporation of the Selwyn County, in trust, for water-race purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres and 2 poles, more or less, situated in Blocks II., III., VII., and VIII., Hawkins Survey District, being a strip of land 15 links wide. Bounded towards the north-east by the Water-race Reserve; towards the south-east by the production in a northerly direction of the south-eastern boundary of Section 19186x; towards the south-west by a line parallel to and 15 links distant from the south-western boundary of the Water-race Reserve aforesaid; and towards the north-west by the production in a northerly direction of the north-western boundary-line of Section 21134x to the said Water-race Reserve: as the same is delineated upon the plan marked S.G. 36558,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one-hundred-and-seventy-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and seventy-two to one hundred and eighty-six of Part V. of “The Land Act, 1892,” relating to small grazing-runs.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this eleventh day of December, 1901.

THE HONOURABLE W. C. WALKER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby order and declare that the reserve made for public recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”; and such domain shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 44 and 45, Village of Torere: as the same are delineated on the plan deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington.
