NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at my office, No. 1, Bond Street, Dunedin, on Friday, the 28th day of February, 1902, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Grey Monarch Gold-dredging Company (Limited), held at the registered office of the company, 139A, Hereford Street, Christchurch, on Thursday, the 5th day of December, 1901, the following resolution was passed—viz., “That the company be wound up voluntarily”—and at a further extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders, held at the same place on Friday, the 20th day of December, 1901, the said resolution was confirmed.
