A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one-hundred-and-seventy-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and seventy-two to one hundred and eighty-six of Part V. of “The Land Act, 1892,” relating to small grazing-runs.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by the one-hundred-and-sixty-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby revoke that part of a Proclamation dated the thirty-first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 10, dated the seventh day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five, setting apart land for Ngaiere Improved-farm Settlement, in so far as it relates to the land set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
All that parcel of land in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being Section No. 56, Block XI., Ngaiere Survey District, originally part of Section No. 21, Block XI., Ngaiere Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-first day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the second section of “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act Amendment Act, 1891” (herein termed “the said Act”), it is, amongst other things, enacted that, before certain moneys therein mentioned shall be expended upon any block of land, it shall be neces-
sary that the same be proclaimed as set apart for settlement:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the said Act, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the block of land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for settlement.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section six of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby revoke a Proclamation dated the ninth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 90, dated the seventeenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and one, taking lands for road-deviations as set forth in the Schedule hereto, and such Proclamation shall be void and of none effect as from the date of the same.
