In the matter of the Harris Beach Gold-dredging Company (Limited).
An extraordinary general meeting of the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the said company, Ross Place, Lawrence, on the 3rd day of February, 1902, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 20th day of February, 1902, the following resolution was duly confirmed: viz., “That the company be wound up voluntarily.” And at such last-mentioned meeting ALEXANDER McLEAN, of Lawrence, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.
