THE KOHINOOR EXTENDED GOLD-DREDGING
COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).
NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions
of "The Companies Act, 1882," a General Meeting of
the shareholders in the above company will be held at the
registered office of the company, in Wharf Street, Hokitika,
on Monday, the 28th day of April, 1902, at 10 o'clock in the
forenoon, for the purpose of having the Liquidator's state-
ments and balance-sheet laid before the shareholders.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-
up of the abovenamed company by the Supreme
Court was, on the 20th day of February, 1902, presented to
Mr. Justice Williams, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by
John McGregor and Thomas McCallum Gillies, of Dunedin,
in the Colony of New Zealand, Engineers and Ironfounders
(trading as "J. McGregor and Co."), and Henry Frederick
Nees, Albert James Nees, and John Scott, of Dunedin, Dredge-
builders and Contractors (trading as "H. F. Nees and Co."),
creditors of the said company. And the said petition is
directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court, at
Dunedin, on the 11th day of March, 1902, at the hour of
11 o'clock in the forenoon ; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an
order for the winding-up of the said company under the
above Acts should appear at the time of hearing, by himself
or his counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition
will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment
of the regulated charge for the same.

THE GOLDEN RIPPLE GOLD-DREDGING COM-
PANY (LIMITED).
An extraordinary general meeting of the members of
the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held
at the Dunedin Stock Exchange Room, at Dunedin, on the
5th day of February, 1902, the subjoined extraordinary
resolution was duly passed:-
RESOLUTION.
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this
meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the
same, and, accordingly, that the company be wound up
voluntarily."
And at the said meeting it was resolved that SIDNEY
THORPE MIRAMS, of Dunedin, Accountant, be appointed
Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the said company.

presented to Sir Robert Stout, Chief Justice of the Supreme
Court, by Joseph McGeorge and Alexander Crow McGeorge,
both of Dunedin, Dredge-owners, creditors of the said com-
pany; and the said petition is directed to be heard at Dun-
edin, before a Judge of the said Court, on Friday, the 7th
day of March, 1902, at the hour of 11 o'clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company de-
sirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up
of the said company under the above Act should appear at
the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that pur-
pose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any
creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the
