MOHAKA SCHOOL SITE.

ALL that piece or parcel of land, situated in Block XIII., Waihua Survey District, Wairoa County, Hawke’s Bay Provincial District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres and 2 perches, being part of the Waipapa Block. Bounded on the north by other part of the Waipapa Block, 421·2 links; on the east by other part of the Waipapa Block, 485 links; on the south-east by other part of the Waipapa Block, 146·2 links; on the south by other part of the Waipapa Block, 554 links; and on the west by a public road, 208·8 links: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 1901/2173–243, deposited in the office of the Minister of Education, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon outlined in red.

Temporarily reserving Lands in the Marlborough Land District.

RANFURLY, Governor.

WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Marlborough Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.

ALL that parcel of land in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 13 acres 2 roods 3 perches, more or less, being Section No. 9, Block VII., Town of Seddon. Bounded towards the north-east by Seymour Street, 1558·8 links; towards the south-east by Redwood Street, 935·1 links; towards the south-west by Foster Street, 530·3, 720·4, and 298 links; and towards the north-west by Sections Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, 367·3, 148·6, and 316·7 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Blenheim. For a public recreation-ground.

All that parcel of land in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, being Section No. 1, Block XI., Town of Seddon. Bounded towards the north-east by Fearon Street, 1154·8 links; towards the south-east by Weld Street, 397, 294, and 28·4 links; towards the south-west by Tetley Street, 1000 links; and towards the north-west by Fell Street, 675·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Blenheim.
