IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
OTAGO AND SOUTHLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882”; and in the
matter of the Commercial Property and Finance Com-
pany (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand, dated the 12th day of December,
1902, confirming the cancellation and reduction of the capi-
tal of the above-named company from £111,510 to £108,410,
and the minute (approved by the Court) showing with
respect to the capital of the company as altered the several
particulars required by the above statute, were registered by
the Registrar of Joint-stock Companies at Dunedin on the
15th day of December, 1902; and notice is further given that
the said minute is in the words and figures following,
namely:—
“The capital of the Commercial Property and Finance
Company (Limited) is from henceforth £108,410, divided
into 24,770 shares of £4 7s. 6d. each, on 24,765 of which the
sum of 7s. 6d. has been and is to be deemed paid up, the
remaining five shares being unissued, and six shares of
£6 12s. 6d. each, on each of which the sum of £1 17s. 6d.
has been and is to be deemed paid up, instead of the former
capital, £111,510, divided into 24,770 shares of £4 10s. each
and six shares of £7 10s. each.”

members of the abovenamed company will be held
at the company’s office, Ridgway Street, on Friday, the
20th day of February, 1903, at 12 o’clock noon precisely, to
receive the Liquidators’ report showing how the winding-up
of the company has been conducted and its property dis-
posed of, to hear any explanation that may be given by the
Liquidators, and to pass a resolution as to the disposal of
the books, accounts, and other documents of the company.
