"The Agricultural and Pastoral Statistics Act, 1895."—Interim Return of Corn-crops.—Notice No. 747.

Department of Agriculture, 17th December, 1902.

THE collection of the statistics began on the 14th October and continued until the 10th day of November. The following is an interim return of the acreage under corn-crops and the amount of grain, &c., on hand. The cold weather experienced throughout the colony up to the present has greatly checked the growth of the crops:—
