THE LEES FERRY GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY
(LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that, by special resolution of
the Lees Ferry Gold-dredging Company (Limited),
passed on the 30th day of June, 1901, and confirmed on the
26th day of August, 1901, it was resolved,—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, under the
provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882,’ and its amend-
ments.”

In the matter of the Horowai Dredging Company
(Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders
of the above-named company, duly convened, and held
at the registered office of the said company, No. 3, Bond
Street, Dunedin, on the 30th day of October, 1901, the fol-
lowing extraordinary resolution was duly passed :—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meet-
ing that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the
same, and accordingly that the company be wound up
voluntarily; and that Sidney Thorpe Mirams, of Dunedin,
be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of
such winding-up.”

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and of the
amendments thereof; and of the New Zealand Type-
writer and Supplies Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-
up of the above-named company by the Supreme
Court of New Zealand was, on the 24th day of October,
1901, presented to Mr. Justice Conolly, a Judge of the said
Supreme Court, by John De Renzy, of Auckland, in the
Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of New Zea-
land, Merchant, a creditor of the said company; and the said
petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said
Court, at Auckland aforesaid, on the 15th day of November,
1901; and any creditor or contributory of the said company
desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-
up of the said company under the above Act should appear
at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any
creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the
same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.
