Trustees for the Rangataua Public Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” 1, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Names of Trustees. Name of Public Cemetery, and Description of Land.
Hector McLean, sen., John Ferguson, Alexander John Ross, Frank Ellis, Albert John Gibbs, William McLeod, and William Squires. RANGATAUA. All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 1 rood 15 perches, more or less, being Section No. 24A, Block VIII., Makotuku Survey District; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and one.
